MSCA NCP Virtual Q&A: 2021 Postdoctoral Fellowship Call Session 1
The UK Research Office (UKRO), in its capacity as UK National Contact Point for the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), recently held two virtual Q&A sessions on 7 and 9 September 2021. The Q&A sessions were aimed at organizations and individuals applying to the 2021 MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships call.
Aim of the virtual Q&A session
The virtual Q&A sessions provided applicants with an opportunity to discuss specific elements of their proposal with the MSCA NCP. Attendees were encouraged to submit questions advance and had the opportunity to ask questions during the sessions as well.

Postdoctoral Fellowships under MSCA
Postdoctoral Fellowships are aimed at researchers who are already in possession of a doctoral degree, and at the call deadline have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent research experience. Career breaks, working outside research, research outside of EU (for reintegrating researchers) will be taken into consideration. The scheme helps experienced researchers advance their careers and gain new skills through training, international, intersectoral and international mobility.
The call is currently open and closes on 12 October 2021 at 17:00 Brussels time (16:00 UK time).
