We recommend you contact us well in advance to book a meeting room and we will confirm your booking as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate all requests, but the facilities are shared across the building so, on some occasions, the meeting room may not be available. We encourage you to book early!
​What is available?
Two rooms on the ground floor of our building, which is a different floor to our office:

Both rooms are available from 10:00 until 16:00 (Brussels time) on weekdays.
Noise
Please note that our building is on the route to the European Commission and other EU institutions, so noisy politicians’ motorcades occasionally pass by the meeting room windows.
Services and equipment
Both rooms have free wi-fi and large, fixed monitors with wireless connection/HDMI cables to connect to the laptops (available at the reception counter). Information on how to connect laptops to the screens wirelessly (using a downloaded app) is provided in both rooms.
Refreshments
We regret that refreshments are not allowed in the meeting rooms. Visitors should take this into account when planning their coffee/lunch breaks.
