The Horizon Europe Guarantee team is collecting data on all postgraduate students and studentships funded through Horizon Europe Guarantee grants at UKRI, including Innovate UK.
Project leads and project managers will have received an email requesting completion of an online form detailing any postgraduate studentships funded through Guarantee projects. This includes postgraduate students who are hired as staff, part-funded or part-time in their studies, on a stipend, or whose studies are based in industry.
If your project funds no students, please complete the first page of the form to record your negative response so you are not asked again about students. This should take only a minute or two of your time.
If your project’s students have not yet been recruited, please complete the first two pages of the form.
If you have multiple students on a grant, please complete one form for each student, including any who have already completed or terminated their studentship.
The information you provide will be used by UKRI for the purposes of recording and analysing studentships funded through the Horizon Europe Guarantee. The data will enable accurate records of students and studentships and how they are funded and supported, to allow comparison with other UKRI-funded student programmes and understand how Guarantee-funded students contribute to the UK’s participation in EU schemes.
The team would appreciate your prompt and accurate completion of this form at your earliest convenience so we don’t need to chase you for a response.
