If you have never been involved in European or global collaboration before COST is a great starting point. COST is also open to established researchers. Researchers can propose a new COST action or request to join an existing action. There are also lots of opportunities to develop leadership skills if researchers are looking to do this, by taking on specific roles within COST actions.
COST funding supports
- Meetings, workshops, conferences and conference grants
- Training schools
- Short term scientific missions
- Dissemination activities
- Virtual networking grants
(COST does not fund research itself.)
