Registration Open: MSCA and Citizens 2023 Call Information Webinar

The UK Research Office (UKRO) will hold a virtual information event on how to apply to the MSCA and Citizens 2023 call, also known as the “European Researchers’ Night and Researchers at Schools 2024-25” call. It is scheduled to open on 20 June 2023 and to close for submission on 25 October 2023.

This session will provide attendees with all information needed to submit a successful application to this call, from the eligibility criteria to the available budget, the submission and evaluation criteria, and short practical guidance on writing a proposal. Previous successful applicants to this call will be outlining their experiences applying for and implementing this call.

This event is aimed at researchers and other staff in UK academic and non-academic organisations, including but not limited to NGOs, charities, policy organisations, industries, SMEs, and research infrastructures who are interested in finding out more about the call.

The MSCA and Citizens 2023 call provides non-academic and academic research institutions with funding to organise events to promote their excellent research projects to the general public and heighten young people’s interest in science and research careers.

This research and communication promotion event, the European Researchers’ Night, will take place across EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries on the last Friday of September.

Participating institutions usually include universities, private or public research institutions, research infrastructures, businesses including SMEs, public authorities, science museums, foundations, media organisations and other stakeholders interested in promoting excellent research projects to the general public.
