UKRO understands that the DESCA Model Consortium Agreement for lump sum projects in Horizon Europe will be ready in early 2024.
The DESCA Core Group has analysed the information available on lump sums and drafted the first version of a new DESCA Horizon Europe Consortium Agreement, which includes subsections and options for both actual cost grants (General Model Grant Agreement) and lump sum grants (General Grant Agreement – Lump Sum Grants).
We understand that there will be no separate DESCA Model Consortium Agreement for lump sums (as is the case for the DESCA version for projects with Associated Partners) and the relevant options and subsections will simply be incorporated into the existing Model Consortium Agreement.
The draft document is currently being discussed internally within the DESCA group and is expected to be published in late January or early February 2024.
