The European Research Executive Agency (REA) is organising on 25 September 2026 a Coordinator’s Day for all projects funded under the MSCA Staff Exchanges (SE) 2025 call.
The online event is primarily aimed at project coordinators, beneficiaries and project managers, and will provide practical information to support the implementation of MSCA SE projects.
This event will start with a welcome and opening remarks at 9:30 CEST, followed by presentations covering key aspects of MSCA SE project coordination such as reporting, record keeping, amendments, payments, and communication.
This will be followed by a live Questions and Answers session from 11:00 to 12:30 CEST, during which participants can submit questions via Slido using the event code #SE25CDAY. Questions can be submitted in advance.
