The MSCA Staff Exchanges 2025 call that funds collaborative research projects and support ground-breaking research through international and intersectoral staff exchanges closed on 8 October 2025. Under this call, the European Research Executive Agency (REA) received 363 proposals (+10% compared to the last call).
Proposals submitted include the participation of 2757 different organisations in 134 countries, out of which around 17.4% are Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Through this call, the European Union is expected to fund between 80 and 90 projects with an indicative budget of around €97.7 million.
Proposals are coordinated by organisations in 31 countries. The top countries are Italy with 51 proposals, Spain with 49, the United Kingdom with 48, Greece with 28, France with 21, and Türkiye with 17.
