The Commission has introduced major changes to its Horizon Dashboard, which now includes information provided by other Directorates-General (DG), including DG Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) and DG Sante (Health and Food Safety).
As the newly added Dashboards are not always linked to research and innovation (DG RTD), the main landing page of the Horizon Dashboard has now migrated to a new place and is available at:

Other changes
- The DG RTD section now includes a dedicated data set for the Water and Oceans Mission portfolio, which provides information about projects that help to implement this Mission under Horizon Europe and other EU programmes (e.g. LIFE)
- The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) dashboards, which were previously separate from the DG RTD ones on Horizon 2020/Europe, have now been incorporated into the RTD portfolio of datasets. These sets include information about projects funded by programmes that are managed by CINEA, incl. EMFAF, LIFE and certain parts of Horizon Europe
- The Horizon Europe datasets were updated, with information about the Horizon Europe grant agreements signed now extending to June 2023.
- There is now a revised version of the Horizon Dashboard for lump sum evaluations, which presents information about personnel costs on lump sum projects in a new way.
Background
The Horizon Dashboard is an intuitive and interactive knowledge platform offering user-friendly public access to statistics and data on EU research and innovation. It offers:
- Easy access to overview and detailed information on proposals, funded projects and project results, notably reported IPRs and scientific publications.
- Views on specific aspects e.g. the Seal of Excellence, the European Innovation Council.
- Intuitive functions for filtering and drilling down, allowing analysis by geographical location, research thematic area, organization types etc.
- Functions for data export, story-building and bookmarking (free EU login required).
