The Green ERA-Hub, an initiative of national research programmes on Agri-Food and Biotechnology, has opened its Mobility and Knowledge Exchange call to support the capacity building of early career researchers (ECRs). Successful applicants will receive internship and short-term mobility grants and will participate in the networking seminar.
The call is open to ECRs with academic qualifications such as a master’s degree (minimum) or PhD not dating back longer than five years, who are permanent residents of an EU or an Associated Country (incl. the UK). Host institutions must be located in one of these countries. These can be either research institutes and universities or public organisations involved in policymaking and research funding (e.g. ministries or agencies).
The visit must take place between November 2023 and December 2024 and be in the remit of the Green ERA-HUB: agriculture, animal health, animal production, aquaculture, biotechnology, climate change, crop and food production, forestry, green-house gases, ICT in agriculture, nutrition, organic agriculture, plant health, plant science, soil management, etc.
Successful applicants will receive financial support of up to €3,000, covering travel expenses, accommodation, and living allowances during the internship or stay. The deadline for submitting the application is on 3 October 2023 at 15:00 (CEST).
