The European Commission has published two short videos on how to evaluate proposals that use the lump sum funding model.
The ‘How to evaluate lump sum proposals: Get started’ and ‘How to evaluate lump sum proposals: Detailed budget table’ videos were designed to help brief experts who evaluate lump sum proposals and will also be useful for applicants applying to calls using this funding model.
When developing their proposals, applicants are also encouraged to read the standard briefing for Horizon Europe proposal evaluation, and to look at the standard evaluation form corresponding to the call type to which they are applying. The standard evaluation forms can be found under ‘Reference Documents’ on the Funding and Tender Opportunities portal.
