An important update including a major migration and upgrade of European Commission IT systems is scheduled to take place from 16 December 2024 to 27 January 2025.
During this period, several services will be temporarily unavailable, including:
- Updates to your personal identity or bank account data
- Contract and amendments signatures
- Submission and processing of cost claims
To avoid any disruptions, please ensure that the following tasks are completed by 15 December 2024:
- Submit and finalize any ongoing or new cost claims (including all required supporting documents)
- Update any required personal identity data or bank account details
- Sign any pending contracts or amendments
Please note that last-minute submissions may not be processed in time.
What happens if your claim is not processed?
If a cost claim is not finalised before the downtime, you will be invited to resubmit it with the required supporting documents after 27 January 2025. In case you do not receive an expected payment or a resubmission invitation by early February, please contact the email address provided in your contract for assistance.
