The Staff Exchanges promote international, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary mobility of research and innovation staff leading to the sharing of knowledge and best practices. The scheme is open to all subject areas and sets out to foster a shared culture of research and innovation as well as to support creativity and entrepreneurship. The call supports researchers, technical, administrative, and managerial staff.
