MSCA COFUND 2021 Call Information Event - Session 1: Overview and Eligibility Rules

The UK Research Office (UKRO), in its capacity as UK National Contact Point for the Horizon Europe 2021 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), is holding two information webinars for organisations and individuals interested in applying to the 2021 MSCA COFUND Call (call opens 12 October 2021, call deadline 10 February 2021).

Aim of the webinars

The webinar series aim to provide participants with comprehensive overview of the call, including the budget, eligibility criteria and points for consideration. The webinars are aimed at researchers and other staff in UK academic and non-academic organisations, including industry and funding organisations, who are interested in the 2021 MSCA COFUND Call. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions.

The scheme provides co-financing for new or existing doctoral programmes and postdoctoral fellowship programmes at national, regional or international level as well as at the level of individual institutions. The action aims to spread the best practices of the MSCA including international, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary research training, as well as international and cross-sectoral mobility of researchers at all stages of their career.

MSCA COFUND is a mon-beneficiary action, but it is possible to include academic and non-academic partners from all over the world. As with all MSCA actions, the scheme is entirely bottom up and open to all subject areas.
